Is this true..? Hair?

Does anyone Know if your hair is falling out does help to thin it? Then its not ripping it out or something?

Update:

Thinning is when you could say you cut it my hair is extremely thick but, i bleached and since then its been falling out so i thinned it today, so its not so thick.

You over bleached your hair. You killed the cuticle. No need to thin the hair because its going to finish breaking anyway. Condition it with EMU oil from Vitamin shops. No BLOW drying, no hot irons. Rub on scalp and little on the breakage overnight then wash out in morning. Should help. The bleached hair will not be able to be saved. It will keep breaking off. But your hair will keep growing. The roots are not affected. Just a bad mistake............GOOD LUCK
