I bought this dress today, but its a bit plain. Suggestions on what to pair it with?

That's a gorgeous dress by the way. Dressing up a dress like that won't be hard but I suggest you don't go too wild with accessories because the color itself is already vibrant. I'd pair this dress with a couple of jewelry pieces. Such as a statement necklace or eye catching earrings. (Don't do both or it will make your outfit overwhelming.)

I'd also wear small amounts of bracelets and rings as well.

To finish it off, I'd probably put a belt over the dress with maybe a nice looking leather jacket? or blazer.

You should match it with a scarf and a thick waist belt! I think that a black and grey scarf and a black belt with a silver buckle would match well with the shoes.
