How to answer the "introduce yourself" or "explain about yourself" question in a job interview?
with this one i get too stuck up. especially in most interviews they ask this one as the first. some interviewers expect me to explain about what my parents are into and then about where i did my schooling and college + what i did. others just expect something different.
yesterday i sucked badly in an interview and for this question the interviewer repeated the question, in case i dint understand.
sometimes, i am but forced to ask "what do you want to know?". i know asking this would sound awkward. but i seriously stuck up with this question.

Don't mention your age.
Say where you live, is it different to where you were born? Explain if you have moved around
If you have no work experience, talk about school /College/university.
Talk about your hobbies and interests,
Explain what you are good at. If you are good at arranging and organsing parties. Say so and why.
Are you any good at IT?
What are your skills? not sure what yours are have a look at the next steps website (Link below)
What are your big major achievements? Have you travelled the world.......
