How can congress vote on obama's job bill if NO DEMOCRAT will put their name on it?

Actually I think one did on Sept. 21? My memory could be wrong though. But no Democrat has yet asked for the bill's consideration.... LOL They are content to just leave it there unread and forgotten just like harry Reid in the Senate... LOL It's like a toxic grenade about to explode in the Dems faces.

This is not a "Job Bill" but a TAX BILL!!! The first stimulus cost over $ 800billion and lost 1.7 million jobs. This one costs over $ 400 billion and no jobs will be created. Obama is a stupid liar.
