I'm going to say that Graham's Number should be included. Any number that cannot be digitally expressed in the expanse of the entire universe, yet still has a known function, is pretty cool in my book.

Pretty subjective question, but here's an interesting relation e^[(pi)i] + 1 = 0. Note: e is irrational, pi is irrational and i is sqrt( -1). What isn't there to like about math?
