Break down each sense

Visual, first impression when you walk in then describe colors, angles, space, furniture, architecture etc

Smell, again firs impressions when you walk in , try to describe the individual smells, notice if there are areas which have a different odor. Notice if the drapes draft brings in good or bad smells

Taste , duh. Describe the different offerings, is there an overall issue (bland, salty, cold, old etc)

Feel, this is nit emotional feel, this is touching. The sofas covers in the waiting room were softer 4seasn sheets

Sound, first impression again, is it loud, does sound reverberate all over the place, can you hold a conversation with the person next to you, do they play music, too loud, what style
