Though I'm from the land down under (The US), I would recommend checking out "Claires" (at "The Mall"). I'm pretty sure there are large shopping malls in Canada & Claires is very well known for selling "Mood Rings". "Hot-Topic" sometimes sells "Mood Jewelry" as well.
Other than that- Try looking in all types of stores which sell inexpensive "Costume Jewelry" as they may also include Mood Rings in their store inventory.
My educated guess is that a Mood Ring in Canada would run approximately $5.00 to $8.00 Canadian dollars since they are sold for about $3.00 to $6.00 American dollars here in The US.
