These stores in The US sell "Mood Rings" ("Claires" is the most well known for selling them).
At "The Mall": Claires & Hot-Topic.
Wal-mart & Walgreens occasionally sell Mood Rings.
Dollar & Drug Stores. . & Gas-Station Stores often sell various types of Mood Jewelry.
Indoor/Outdoor Flea Markets often have Mood Rings/Jewelry for sale.
More rarely will Antique Stores &/or Yard Sales have them.
