What is the best way to diet realistically and lose 30lbs?
I weigh of 160, and shouldd weigh 130, Ive tried special k but they dont have dinners, any ideas or a new diet?

I lost 90 pounds by eating a whole plant based diet as suggested by Professor T. Colin Campbell. Former President Bill Clinton lost 25 pounds on this same diet as recommended by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr.
