i just started my snail mail pal from http://www.sassociations.net/ it has adds for them all in english and some people know more than one language. you get to chose what country that you want to write to. adds for pen pals are based on what one is looking for people may choose e-pal or snail mail pal. take a look and have fun

it relies upon on how u prefer to be in touch with them earlier people used positioned up and mails to be in touch yet those days e mail and internet chatting are in vogue wanna be my penpal akash
