It could be a bunch of things such as hypothyroidism, plaque, and many other things. Go see a cardiologist.

How is your thyroid? Both can be a sign of an underactive thyroid indicating the need for replacement therapy. If you have been checked and are otherwise not having symptoms you should be fine.

nahh its not. I have the same issue, it just runs in my family. I'm sure you are fine, but idk you might wanna see a doctor if you are really worried.
