Toll House cookies came out flat?

I just baked some cookies using the recipe on the back of the chocolate chip bag and the cookies came out completely flat. I followed the directions but when I tasted the dough it was really soft and creamy like I added too much butter or something. Is there anything I can do to salvage this batch?

Update:

I have half a batch of uncooked dough, that is what i'm trying to salvage :)

Update 2:

You were right Mel, I just tested the baking soda (added into water) and it didn't fizz. I'll probably just pitch the dough. Thanks everyone!

Your making powder is out of date, buy some new, fresh stuff. Worse things in life than flat cookies, just bake up the rest, enjoy flat cookies and learn for next time.

Yes, as "Mel Sharples" attempted to tell you......Your BAKING Powder is old...It needs to be replaced.

Normally I'd say add some more flour but if they're cooked, that won't work! Crumble them up and add to ice cream?!
