my dragon ball z tenkaichi tag team is not working?
i just buy it today.when i come back from home i use is not working, then i go gamestop and the guy say he play another is just fine. and my dragon ball game is still not working why?PLEASE HELP

If none of your games are working for that system, the system's disk-reading lazer is probably bad. If that's the case, you can either try cleaning it lightly with a dry q-tip or you'll have to trash that system and buy another one.
So try out other games for that system and if they're not working or keep freezing when the don't have any scratches of anything, then that means your system won't read games anymore.
By the way, what system is it you are talking about?
Source(s): I had to get a new Gamecube because the lazer went bad and wouldn't read any games anymore so I had to buy a new one. Same with my PS2 a couple years ago.
