trying to use a vga hook up with a ps3 on a dynex?

Trying to use the VGA cable on a Dynex and for some reason it doesn't have a sound output with the speakers. Vga doesn't work with sound and Hd cables items will work and get sound.

If you mean you're connecting the PS3 to a VGA monitor, then you would need a separate adapter for speakers. Depending on the speakers you have would depend on the adapter. Though generally it would be an RCA to mini-jack adapter for normal speakers. Without knowing exactly what kind of speakers you're using, that's all I can recommend.
