I installed Steam and saw Warhammer 40K Dawn of War II under the downloads list. Is that for free?

I only installed Steam to get TF2 for free and I saw Warhammer 40K under the downloads list. I didn't even buy it nor do I want to, but is that for free?

Update:

By the way, I'm downloading TF2 right now, but If I download Warhammer 40K, will Steam (or whatever) charge me? Or is Steam giving it away to me for free?

I've played TF2 before, but this is my first time using Steam.

It's free to download, and play for this weekend, but after the weekend is up you need to pay for it to keep playing. Stinks of how they sucker people to download games thinking it is to free to play but turns out only free for one weekend

It is free to play *this weekend* - basically an enhanced demo. Steam won't (and can't) charge you even after the weekend, the game will simply become locked (and no, setting your time & date back won't unlock it again).

Can't charge you without payment details, so go for it and see if it mentions payment.
