are you paranoid if what you assume about people is actually true?
people keep calling me paranoid. is it wrong to assume people are selfish, moronic, ethically challenged individuals? when my expectations are always met?
for example, I always expect to be cutoff on the road by ignorant Anus heads that jeopardizes my life and others so they can shave off 8 seconds on their commute time. And My expectations are always met every-time I drive.
Another example, I always expect people to sell me out if it means they can make a quick buck. So far I'm not disappointed, with doctors prescribing questionable drugs for profit, governments selling off public assets to line their own pockets, and cashiers short changing me at every transaction... for two dollars or less... really they will sell their souls for twenty five cents!
Anyways, is it still considered paranoid if it's actually true?

I don't see it as you being a paranoid person, just a pessimist. To you the glass is half empty instead of half full. You have lived your life being hurt by people and that is all you know. Try to find good people in the world and that will help a lot. :)

Well yes, that is the clear definition of paranoia.
But I am 100% true on this.
Never base your facts on assumptions, assumptions are dangerous.
You can see your boss with his wife on saturday, then see your boss on sunday in the backyard with a shovel and you never see his wife again. You go to the police assuming he killed and buried her, but what if you're wrong?
Get your facts straight then deduct.
Oh yes you are paranoid, look up "Paranoia" in the dictionary.

well yeah but I think a little bit of paranoia is a good thing. you can have justified paranoia, you can't go through your life thinking that absolutely no one is out to get you.
