What are my property rights?
I bought a piece of property this summer and on my property is two anchors from a tower that are still being used for this tower can I ask for compensation for the anchors being on my property?

Your deed should be able to answer this question. You should already know what easements or encumbrances there are. If these anchors are not on your deed then you need to identify if the ownership of the tower and the conditions given for its construction permit. You also should have had someone, if not you, survey and stake the property, identify what's on it, etc. before your purchase.
