My eleven year old's right lower eyelid is swollen!?

It has happened twice. I think I gave him ibuprofen both times. Could that be it? The swelling was gone by morning.

    Your question is a bit too vague for a proper answer.

    It could be a clogged tear duct but I'm not going to say anything definite.

    The fact that it was only in one eye is rather interesting though.

    I am allergic to epoxy glue, but I always managed to rub both eyes so...

    I would say an allergic reaction to mustard seed or a localized eyelid infection called a stye.
