[Apologetic only] Why does God who wants what is best for us give us Bible that is possible to miscomprehend?

Or you find this a loaded question?

P.S. I used [Apologetic only] so if Christians don't give me answer I can choose non-Christian.

Update:

@Antie pantie: So it is beyond God's power to give us that kind of scripture so all will understand? Did I get this right?

@shems: you are too fast writer for my blood...

Update 2:

@Bagelman: Jesus also talk in parabolas to lead people astray.

God gave simple truths. One can walk outside and see the stars but to know which they are, the constellations and all, one must study. Those who want to know God will study and come to understand. Always keep the character of God clean and let Him define His words and keep them in His order.

Jesus Christ commanded the apostles who established the Catholic Church to go out and teach the whole truth about him, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

That was what they did ... and in the process, they wrote letters to the various congregations ... while still others thought it beneficial to set down certain details about the life of Christ, in writing, as well.

As the original apostles began to die off (all but one of them were martyred) the church cherished the writings they left behind, merged them with pertinent Old Testament texts, and called it the Bible.

The Bible was never intended to be the sole authority for the Christian faith. Jesus gave that authority to the men he personally trained to establish his universal (Catholic) church ... and those men passed their authority on to those who would eventually take their place, just as things are still being done today.

Without the living, eye witness tradition of the Catholic Church, the Bible is essentially indecipherable. But within the context of authentic Catholic tradition, the Bible is not only a wonderful guide, but truly the inerrant, Holy Spirit inspired, written Word of God.

BTW ... Jesus never led anyone astray. Parables were a type of code-speech that was indecipherable to Satan and the forces of evil. By using parables, Jesus fulfilled the OT scriptures, declared important truths to the people who needed to know them, and successfully concealed those truths from his enemies ... Satan and his minions.

Because the Bible was written by a bunch of goatherders thousands of years ago.

Seriously, if I install Yahoo Messenger I have to click 'Accept' on a set of rules and agreements far more carefully worded than the rules of the Bible. Accepting the Bible would mean believing God was more incompetent than Yahoo's legal team, and that's not a deity I could believe in.

If you are Holy Spirit led, and don't obsess with exegesis, God has made His message of Salvation in Christ and faith in Him easy so even the simplest of minds can understand that can read and or hear. We erudite make it hard and exclusive when in reality, the essential points are made to confound the wise and bless the simple.

    HOW DID CHURCH CHANGED?

Christians being one of the monotheistic religions they preached gospel. What have been reveled to Jesus (peace be upon him) Is to be tough round at that time . However 300 year after he Ascension, Bible took a form as a book of books. By that time , lots of people try to preach message the way they have heard from previous generation. The message began to take its different form from what have been thought by the Messenger (Jesus), peace be up on him. Some people try to interpret the message differently, although their hearts were in the right place, but because they didn't know exactly. Others they new the message but they interpreted wrongly for the little worldly benefits.

So, today we have a book, which have been sent down to Jesus peace be upon him, with lots of contradictory interpretations. One of the very well known wrong interpreted passage, was Earth is flat. Early, 18 and 19 Century scientist began to question this. One of them paid even with his life challenging the church at the time. That was Galileo, very famous scientists of his time.

That was the time when church started to loos grip and become religion apart from sate. The Secular State was form wile religious people start to withdraw themselves to monasteries behind big walls.

The remnants of the real Christians can be seen today in modestly covered nuns as well as monks, still in monasteries. While they waiting for Jesus return, They refuse to marry and to reproduce, stating that the world around them has sunk deep in unholiness, "uncleanliness" and corruption.

-A splinter group away from Catholicism, to enable Henry The Eighth to divorce and/or kill his wives, as the Pope would not sanction an annulment for him.

-The Church of England, or Anglicanism, came about when the Catholic Church wouldn't let Henry VIII divorce his current wife. Henry declared himself the supreme head of the church in England, announced his marriage to be null and void, and subsequently established a church system separate from the papacy.

You want a Christien group stuck in the early days, find the Amish.

Jesus in Matthew 17, below, said that all of the believers will have 100 times the wives, harems, sisters and brothers in Heaven!

That the Bible, which is of God and therefore wholly good, can be misunderstood is a failure on humanities part, not Gods. Even so, it does not fail to communicate to those who are truly God's people.
