Why do women have Periods.?

Women have periods so they can have kids. Each month the uterus fills up with blood to create a nest for a baby to develop in. If there is no baby in there, then the uterine lining sheds and you get your period. Periods are an important part of life, they can suck at times, but I would rather have periods and be able to have kids then the other way around.

to get women ready to have a baby each month ur body creates a nest for the baby to grow in but if u dont get pregnant the lining comes off and exits through the vagina and u have ur period! exciting right? god i hope ur not like 9!

The period gets rid of everything that the body was saving up for a baby to grow if the female's egg doesn't get fertilized by a male sperm.

because if you were to get pregnant then the blood from your period would go to your baby.If their is no baby then the blood has to go some where and hence the period.

i guess it,s the way god intended it to be. what happens is your body gets ready to get pregnant and if you don,t then you have your period.
