Your bird has a cold....go to a pet shop and purchase some antibiotics. Almost anything with tetracycline in it. Put a cover over the cage, put a lamp with a 25- 40 watt bulb on the side of the cage away from the water vessel. Make sure the bird can get away from the heat if it desires. As long as the bird is eating it will live.....the fact that she is drinking a lot is good. It means she will get a good dose of medicine. feed the bird it's favorite foods, as long as it is eating....

do no longer make it a convention- yet she would be in a position to be fantastic. a splash caffeine- a mouthful, as you suggested, won't harm her. i could be extra worried some obtainable burn on her tongue. Did she consume in many cases afterwards? If she is performing in many cases, cracking seed and ingesting pellets, she's fantastic. I keep away from giving my parrots something with too a lot sugar, caffeine, or alcohol, yet interior the 15 years i've got had them, they have, sometimes had a drop of espresso, soda, or maybe beer. I do exactly no longer make it a habit. Little sips of fruit juice are extra their point. Make sure he/she is warm - talk to her - make sure she has food and water... and is out of drafts
Birds will pretend they are fine until they are very sick and cannot do it any longer. If your bird is acting sick - there is a 100% chance it is. Take her to a vet - tell them you have no money. Most will help you.

Take that bird to the vet immediately or as soon as possible. Don't let it suffer. If anything they will care for it and your brother can pay for it or they can adopt it out but don't let it suffer. That is a form of abuse.
