What is the name of this amusement park ride?
It was a single arm that rotated vertically, similar to a ferris wheel, with one seat on either side of the arm (the seat could hold two people). The way it was made, as one set of people was getting off, the other two were sitting at the very top, and the seat would rock back and forth.

There are a number of variations of this ride, some hold two riders others hold a dozen or so riders, some have seats at either end of the arm while others, usually the ones that hold more riders, only have it on one end. Its just a variation of the Ferris Wheel, they usually run them faster though. I've seen this ride with 4 and 8 arms before.

I believe the general term for this ride is a "Spin Doctor". Been on these, very exhilerating and WHAT A RUSH! :)
