Possible that Sea Monsters Exist?
After all only 5% of the worlds ocean has been explored. So do you think that there are sea monsters exist, or dinosaurs that lived in the sea that didn't die, still exist.

Yes, it is possible that they exist. Animals know how to hide. And not everyone is always alert to what is going on around them. Animals also know how to blend in.
Also with less then 5 % of the worlds oceans being explored how can anyone say for certain what is or is not down there. Many people disclaimed the Giant Octopus and the Giant Squid, but they were finally properly identified and tested. When the tsunamis come we discover many unknown aquatic animals.
How about the fact that everyone thought the Coelacanthe went extinct 65 million years ago with the dinosaurs. Then in 1938 they found one but some idiot said no that is not what that is and it was thrown out. Then in 1952 someone again caught one and finally correctly identified it.
I just adore people who jump to the wrong conclusions about what they see and even more then them, I just love the people spewing the disinformation to keep the sheep and lemmings in line. Just because you havent seen one is in fact NOT proof that it does not exist.

It depends on what you consider a sea monster. At one time the giant squid was considered a sea monster.Fishermen have caught sea creaures that could be considered sea monsters. With the vastness of the oceans and seas, which cover a great deal of the earth, and the fact that we have not explored the oceans to definatley say that there not sea monsters is wrong.Scientests have found bodies of water under the oceans with caves that join them. What we consider sea monsters could definately come through these caves into our oceans.I am sure many sailors have seen them but without pictures they have no proof so they say nothing.

Much like the location of Jimmy Hoffa's grave we may never know for sure. But the probability is fairly high considering that technically sharks are listed as dinosaurs and cockroaches have stayed pretty much the same since the age of the dinosaurs. Giant squids (though different than in the story 20000 leagues under the sea) do in fact exist and they are listed as a sea monster

Have you ever seen a whale in person? I'm positive sea monsters exist, some we've given names to, and some we haven't yet. ;)

It might be useful to consider the meaning of Sea Monster, for example, do you mean carnivore, or plankton-eating like the MegaMouth?

Let there be no doubt that certain sea monsters do and will continue to exist in the Oceans and sea's of this world.............................

I think it's very possible. We know more about the surfaces of some other planets that we do about the depths of our own oceans. Don't see any reason there couldn't be unknown things lurking in the deep.

When I was a kid, my dad was drunk and told me he saw a sea monster when he was in the military. He wasn't being silly. My stepmom told him he didn't. Now he insists he didn't. I don't know.

NO
I think they would have been found by now.
However there ARE some pretty freakish fish and other marine creatures at the deeper depths of the oceans. Whether they are 'monsters' or not is a matter of opinion
