I went to Navy RTC in December 2002. When I did pass and review it was Feb. 28 I believe.

That said when boot camp was finished I had some place around $1200-1800. I do not remember exactly.

There are some expenses that will deducted from your pay such as uniforms and what not. But that will all be done BEFORE you get to Pass and Review.
