how to fix gta vc unhandled exception c000005 at address 004c3ff7?

Please help me.I almost finished all the gtavc missions and the next day i opened my laptop to play the game (while loading the saved game) then this problem came?

Update:

this problem came when changed the colour settings for my computer.

    hmm...i once had that problem...the problem might be is u did not previously save properly...so try loading any other save file

    or just change ur laptop color setting the way it was before...that should do it
