How much does it cost to upgrade to a Dish Network DVR receiver?

Hi, The cost to upgrade equipment does vary by account and I will be happy to review your account and advise what the cost would be to you. All upgrades do require a 24 month commitment and credit card authorization only for $1.00. The monthly bill will be increased by $6.00, which is the DVR service fee. standard def dvr upgrades are installed free with a two yr agreement, you will how ever have extra monthly hardware costs if this dvr is additional to any other receivers you currently have and there is a $6.00 per month dvr service fee unless you already have dvr receivers on your acct.

this is assuming you signed up under the typical DHA 24 promo ( Digital Home Advantage = no deposit or activation fees ) flex and flex24 promo customers do not qualify for any upgrade promos
