Help with Adsense approval, Name already in use?
I applied to be part of Adsense with Google to find out that I had apparently made an account with an email that is most definitely not mine. What is this issue? Is it with Google? I have never had an account before and this is really quite frustrating.

They believe you may have already opened an account using the email address they have sent you. For some reason they are connecting that account with your application, could be similar address or name or something else which is flagging it for them.
If you have never owned or used the email address they quote then you should use this form.
