Opinions on the poem I wrote recently - A letter to my fantasies?

i don't think it's really done but its cool.

Weighted down, but don’t remind me.

Smoke trails and memories behind me.

Looking up, but I’m way down low when reality finds me.

In hell despite the supposed silver lining.

My feet ache, my hands sweat, my heart melts away.

Circling to where I started, but still, I try to get away.

Sprinting.Running. Walking.Crawling.Clawing.

To my dreams, yet they float far away.

Bounding. Leaping.Jumping.Falling.Grunting.

Hurt in my heart, because I’m trying to live for something.

I wish I could be less grounded, and let me heart leave my head,

I was confused by the notion so both left instead.

Honest answers as i am trying to improve, thanks in advance :)
