Hair keeps falling out?
For starters, i'm 21 years old if that helps anything. I've stopped straightening my hair due to my hair starting to fall out. I dont know if it's just breaking off, or falling out, but the bathroom counter is always covered in hair by the time i'm done fixing it every day. However, my hair is so long that I really cant tell if its just the ends breaking off, or if it's actually coming out!
I used to have extremely thick hair, then I went through the teasing phase a few years ago and it's thinned out since then. But i've never had this much hair come out before, not even when I teased it every day! I dont know what to do!
Is there a certain type of shampoo I can get to help? It's ridiculous that they make so many shapoo's so i'm not even sure what to get. Right now I use 'Dove Heat Defense', but I know the shampoo you get in stores isnt as good as whats in the salon.
I've tried Redken and Bed Head before, but do you know of any specific kinds that will help the situation? Also, if you have any ideas on whats causing it, let me know!
My hair is finally the length i've been wanting. It's mid-back. But would cutting it short and letting it grow back out help any? Or will the short hair keep breaking off too?
(so many questions, i'm sorry!)

:)
hairfalling cud have many reasons.
But one of the main is.
That your hair or rather your scalp is indirectly telling you that its had enough and you need to stop experimenting and exploiting it with chemicals.simply those chemicals(shampoos) arent suiiting you
Now its time to go natural. :)
simple yet effective home remedies.
1.start oiling(use jasmine ;OLiVE,herbal or coconut oil)..massage and pamper you scalp....
Apply it on your hair too.
2.use a mild shampoo.....(i use a kids shampoo)
3.apply egg batter mixed with a bit of oil....shampoo it off after an hour
4.correct your diet,
stop eating junkies for a while and concentrate on fruits and veggies...
Eat protien rich food! Eat eggs chicken, meat ,fish
if ure a veggie eat milk ricch foods and pulses..
P.s)if u dnt trust me-look at any hair fall preventing shampoo it will mention egg protiens in its ingredients....
5.likeyour face can have blocked pores so can your scalp.
Damp a towel with hot water and put it on you head(after a bath)taking turns(to keep it hot)
this will open up pores triggering hair growth and volume
TO your other questions.
Trimming your hair once in a while triggers growth.
pLease please stop using heat on your hair! Atleast for 3 months...
3 months is average for any hair treatment.
And lastly NO short hair doesnt mean it wont fall.(why do guys have hairfall then!?)
stay happy....its shows on your face and hair!
Dont stress
it could just be a seasonal or body year hairfall...
Consult a doc if no improvemnt
God bless you and your healthy hair :) :)
