Converting Binary numbers to floating-point format using single-precision IEEE 754 format? Help please?

Hey can anyone help me convert binary numbers to floating point using single-precision IEEE 754 format?

Im not quite sure how to handle the decimal within the binary number. You don't have to solve all three, but if you could please solve one of them or show me how I can convert them, it wold be really appreciated :)

Here is the question:

Convert the following binary numbers to floating-point format using single-precision IEEE 754 format.

Convert your answer to hexadecimal format.

a) 111011.0101 b) -1001.101101 c) -0.00101011
