I started dieting on September 3rd I was 211 pounds. For the first two weeks I only counted my calories and watched what I ate and got down to 206. Then third week of September I started intermittent fasting. On

October 3rd I weighed in at 198. This morning I weighed myself and I'm at 201. I kinda cheated on my diet and had pizza for dinner yeaterday I really regret it. I also have a strenuous job and go to the gym for strength training 2-3 times a week. I am 19, 5'7 and eat about 1200-1600 calories a day (on a caloric deficit). Am I on the right track? Why is my weight fluctuating so much (I check everyday)? My goal is 165-170 by the end of January, is this reasonable? Is it bad to

Eat junk food once in a while? I have 3 cubes of dove dark chocolate when I'm craving it badly. Do you have any other suggestions?

I got caught going 93 mph in a 65 mph zone. I really have no excuse as I was clearly speeding. When the cop asked me how fast I was going I said around 80 (maybe I shouldn't have said this). I am 18 and this is my first speeding ticket. I am from Massachusetts. The cop caught me on Lidar and estimated the speed. (checked boxes). Fine of $380. My questions are:

1) Is it really worth it to try and fight this ticket (hire a lawyer)?

2) This is my first offence (clean driving record until now) so will I get any demerit points?

5) How can I look for a reputable lawyer for fighting the speeding ticket?

My cousin is currently in Pakistan and I would like to call her from the U.S. Is there a way I can call her mobile cell phone from my IPod Touch for free (I have a headset)? I don't mind installing an app on my Ipod if needed. She has a blackberry bold. She doesn't have a proper wireless internet connection so she might not be able to download any apps. If I could somehow call her through VoiP to her regular cell phone (without having her install any apps). Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, My iPod touch 3rd gen now suffers from water damage :( I turned it on and the date/time is messed up it says 7:02 December 31. The slider won't slide and the touch screen doesn't sense my input. I cant do anything with it. How can I repair it? Should I take it to Best Buy or Radio Shack? Im good with computers but only semi-pro with apple products so be as technical as you wish. Also I should mention that my iPod touch is jail-broken. Thanks and any help would be appreciated.

So my grandpa was taking a bite out of a slice of 100% whole wheat bread and took a sharp object out of his mouth which turned out to be an black, rusty nail. Now Im not going to take any legal action over this because it would just be silly because no one got hurt. But I am just writing an email to the company filling my complaint in order to prevent further cases like this one. Idk what do u guys think is this the right approach?

Hi, this is my first year studying in a Canadian University. I recently got my green card and was planning to move and attend a university in Massachusetts (preferably close to Southborough). I finished High school with an average of 78% and I will know my final marks for my first term by the end of december in this Canadian university. I intend to do a 4 year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Information Systems when I move to M.A. I am currently taking economics, administrative studies, object-based programming, and Intro to Information Technology. Just a couple of questions:

1) Will my first term Canadian University credits get transferred? If yes, what is the lowest mark I can get in order to transfer the course(s).

2) Will I have to take S.A.T or A.C.Ts?

3) I am a green card holder, so will I still have to pay those high international student tuition fees or am I considered local?

4) What are some prestigious I.T/Business Universities in Massachusetts?

5) Do I have to stay in residence for my first year there?

6) When I transfer, will I be a first-year or second-year student?

7) Can I get financial aid, scholarships, or grants by any chance? If so, how?

Hi where should I apply for a job. I am pretty good with computers (how they work, hardware, software, etc.) Ill be going to university for information technology next year. I have done a lot of volunteer work at places like the salvation army, long term care center, my elementary school and high school, and I had a paper job when I was 13 or so. I am kind of picky in terms of finding a job. I dont want to work at any fast food place. I love electronics or sports. Is there a possibility that I get hired from Futureshop? or Canadian Tire? I really need a job to pay for university and personal expenses. Any help would be appreciated:D

Hi I was just wondering what type of questions the online future shop questionnaire asks. And how do I go about answering the questions? Do I answer them truthfully and honestly? or should I answer them the way Future Shop would want me to answer them (sometimes unjust). For example, I heard one of the questions were: Do you always tell the truth? yes or no? .. No one tells the truth 100% of the time so how would you answer this question?? Hi. I got accepted into York University (for Information Technology) and Sheridan Institute (for computer security). Sheridan offers a Bachelors Degree in Information Security and York offers a Bachelor of Administrative Studies. My question is should I go to Sheridan or York? I personally want to go to Sheridan because it is easier to commute. Are there any drawbacks of going to college as opposed to university in my area of study? I really like this one girl in my class. I got her phone number a couple of days ago and we have been texting a couple of times. I have talked to her 10 times but I still dont know her as much as I want to. I asked her "Would you like to chill with me and go for some coffee because you seem like a very nice person and I would like to get to know you more". She replied by saying "I have a boyfriend and I don't think hed be very happy if I did sorry he is really protective". I replied by saying "Okay yeah I understand. I want you to be happy but just let me know when you are single and I would love to take you out". Was this an appropriate reply? I understand that she has a bf but I feel like **** it sucks really. My question is would it look akward if I asked her to chill or hangout some time just after school to get to know her better? any other ideas? any help would be appreciated:D
