Transferring from Canadian University to a University in U.S?

Hi, this is my first year studying in a Canadian University. I recently got my green card and was planning to move and attend a university in Massachusetts (preferably close to Southborough). I finished High school with an average of 78% and I will know my final marks for my first term by the end of december in this Canadian university. I intend to do a 4 year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Information Systems when I move to M.A. I am currently taking economics, administrative studies, object-based programming, and Intro to Information Technology. Just a couple of questions:

1) Will my first term Canadian University credits get transferred? If yes, what is the lowest mark I can get in order to transfer the course(s).

2) Will I have to take S.A.T or A.C.Ts?

3) I am a green card holder, so will I still have to pay those high international student tuition fees or am I considered local?

4) What are some prestigious I.T/Business Universities in Massachusetts?

5) Do I have to stay in residence for my first year there?

6) When I transfer, will I be a first-year or second-year student?

7) Can I get financial aid, scholarships, or grants by any chance? If so, how?
