Living free is currently up for grabs. All depends who fills the power vacuum. The rebels may elect a leader and have a government starting to function in a few months. But the opposite could also happen, where factions of rebels now start fighting for power amongst each other.

Did USA, NATO, UK etc repeated the Afghanistan chapter with Libya?
USA, NATO, UK etc again played the same dangerous game that they played in Afghanistan created, fully armed Taliban, Al-Qaida and then left them with their weapon, hence allowed them for a long war inside Afghanistan which them spread outside from Afghanistan. Here they armed rebels so much with new arms that they even killed the military dictator 'Moammar Gadhafi' with his entire Amazon, Army, Navy & Air Force.
Will the armed Libyan rebel surrender their arms? Can u answer it USA, NATO, UK etc or u have created a new safe heaven for extremism and for oil?
Or
Will they blame Islam, Muslims again?

Possibly the same thing that happened in Iraq when Saddam was killed; the place is going to go up for grabs and it will be as bad as it ever was, because without a guiding hand, a place like that will go all to hell. As I said, all we need to do is look at Iraq.

Egypt has become a military dictatorship, Libya doesn't even have a military any longer (NATO bombed it). I see another dictatorship for Libya, either a puppet dictator or a Islamic extremest dictator.

I hope so, but I suspect that, like what's happened in most of Africa and the middle east, a corrupt and maybe even evil government will be put in his place.

well, BP or SHELL will probably get the oil contract... which means that the lybian people will have to pay taxes for their new government...
and the new one, obviously military, is probably going to have to "enforce" elections for a while...
now that their running water is turned off and their houses are rubble... i guess theyl be free.

No, another puppet regime will be installed and it'll probably be more of the same oppression, perhaps marginally better but basically the same.
