Could someone please tell that I will still be here after October 21st?

Question

The very thought about mentioning the end of the world frightens me, and if I have learned anything from what happened on May 21st, it's that no man or machine can predict the end. I don't even listen to Family Radio, and I can not trust this wacko preacher who makes false and hurtful prophecies about the world, and he should go to jail for doing something that idiotic.

Come on, people! We have too much to look forward to: Halloween, Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years', and lots of football on tv. 

Fortunately, I have heard very little about this rumor this week, so I guess it's safe to say that me and my family will still be around after October 21st, and I can live my day to the fullest like I always do, and know that there will always be a tommorow.

Please assure me that life will go on as it always does, and that you'll still be around after October 21. Then, I'll feel much better about myself and I can look forward to the weekend, without worry.

I know what you mean, I'm a little nervous too despite apart of me knowing it isn't true. All I can say is wait for tomorrow; once it comes and goes you'll be relieved. I know I will. Just live tomorrow like you would any other day.

I'll try to explain this to you.

A very smart (may appear dumb to most) guy makes up a date according to some random stuff he found in the bible, a bunch of idiots support him, he gets popular, the date gets popular.

Now the bottom of the food chain is left,  the very absoulte idiots fear the date.
