If you are one of the Occupy Wall Street and you receive $3.6 to 4 million donations are you part of the 1%?

the $3.6 million was from Soros and other donations came in from the public?

Update:

The protesters have been spending about $1,500 a day on food, and also just covered a $2,000 laundry bill for sleeping bags, jackets and sweaters. They've spent about $20,000 on equipment such as laptops and cameras, and costs associated with streaming video of the protest on the Internet.

Are the donations going to publicity, grants, shelters and food banks? If so, then no. Typically donations aren't for private use. You can't really "donate" to your friend Bob who needs a new car.
