baseball-almanac.com lists umpires who have appeared in the World Series. I am attaching a link to the page listing every World Series umpire and the years they appeared:

According to this, Bill Klem has the record by umpiring in 18 World Series. Not coincidentally, he is also one of a handful of umpires enshrined in Cooperstown.
