Early into my pregnancy. How common are my symptoms? Weigh in!?
Okay, every newly pregnant woman, especially with a first child, is dying to know if anyone else is feeling her pain. So, I'm going to share some of my symptoms (some common, some not so common) and see if anyone else is having the same things happen. Here we go:
- Back and forth between constipation and diarrhea. I'll be super constipated for a while, then have bad diarrhea.
- PMS-like cramping and aching beneath my belly button.
- Itchy, flaky scalp.
- Hives that come up in the middle of the night.
- Starving for a while, then totally nauseous.
- My legs get sore more easily and my hips ache.
- My boobs are SORE even without touching them.
- I'm unjustifiably exhausted almost all the time.
- I break down and cry over ridiculous things and can't seem to help it.
- My back aches a lot more than it used to.
- Heartburn.
So, is anyone else feeling my pain?? I'm only in my first trimester, and it's already taking it's toll. It'll be worth it, though. :)

Yep, these are all normal. Stay away from laxatives if you're constipated. The best thing is a warm water enema. No chemicals, it works right way and doesn't cause "accidents". If it comes to where your delivery is induced or as soon as you go into labor, an enema at home is recommended. If you don't you might get one in the delivery room with a dozen residents watching.

Put a two litre water bottle and also a glass on your desk just about every morning. Get through it by lunch, and do the same inside afternoon. You’ll exercise better along with recover faster if you’re hydrated. I drink some water whenever someone asks me a stupid question or sends a ridiculous email... find something that works for you personally!

I've experienced about 90% of the symptoms you're experiencing. It's all the hormonal changes. Don't worry it'll get better. Congrats.
