I want to dye my hair blue or pink....?
The issue is: I have natural black hair. Like jet black. Is there a certain brand of bleach that works better than another? Or just how should I go about doing it??? Also what products do you recommend?? ANY help would be amazing. Hah.

OH, and I've gone to a professional before and they couldn't do it! :( it was just streaks too. :( :( Not sure what to do! hah

I'd get it professionally bleached as their products are far superior to packet dyes. Then it will take the colour well

a. if you do your hair blue it will turn a greensih/graying color when it starts to fade and it is nasty looking (been there, done that) b. because you have black hair bleach will RUIN it. not only does bleach fry your hair in a way, it will also not let it go back to it's natural color, you will just have to cut it out. I did some pink last year and the part that they bleached is STILL white...that was april of 2010!!!! find clip in extensions or something, they are easier and when you want your color again your hair will still look nice.
