it gives me this error and I have tried upgrading the video cards and whatever else it said to do and it still won't do anything, any ideas??

i tried to upgrade the video drivers but it says it is already on the right one

Two Possibilities:
Your video card does not meet the minimum requirements to use OpenGL 2.0
or
You didn't do the driver update correctly.
What GPU is it?
