Don't you love delusional Liverpool fans?

How's this for distorting the facts:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Amvmo...

Somehow Dalglish is given credit for taking them from the relegation zone they weren't in. Going from 19th to 6th sounds better than 12th to 6th, I guess. No wonder they feel aggrieved after every loss/draw, they can't remember what actually happened, so they make up their own facts.

Update:

@G: Being beaten 6-1 doesn't make us delusional, if we tried to distort the facts like you are then we would be. You said that when Dalglish took over Liverpool he took them from 19th to 6th, when he took over the club they were in 12th position. Woy Hodgson took them from 19th to 12th, he was the manager not Dalglish.

I love taking advantage of delusional Liverpool fans, one in particular. I tell her if she doesn't pleasure me every hour the world will implode.

For legal reasons I must move to mention this is not true*

    6-1 who's deluded?

You don't believe that Liverpool sat 19th? or that Daglish was there then?

or that Fergie floundered for years?

Nice loss today your whole squad looked like monkeys.Good thing most of your fans don't watch,or they may jump ship after that housing.

Of course they are delusional, Every year for the past 20 years they have been under the assumption that “this is their year” and “it’s going to change back to the glory days of old”.

Fact is if they were to take an analytically and objective look at their squad’s over the past 20 years they would agree they have been full of pretty average players yes the odd stand out one but never 11 really really great ones.

Oh wait....... I can hear the sound of the legion of fans barking on about how they beat an aging Milan team in 2005.

They like to live in the past...but whatever, some of them are quite cool people.

What is more funny about them answers is all of the fantasising over Abramovich leaving Chelsea!...N'aww it's so cute that they don't consider another multi-Billionaire buying it or the fact he will leave the club in a state where it has a new and good team for at least 10 years after his departure....bless them.
