How much damage have i done by sending this to my ex-boyfriend?

So my ex and i broke up 4 moths ago.After we broke up i made a huge mistake and bombarded him with texts and calls.İ stopped this about 4 weeks ago when i finally came to my senses.The reason i acted this way was that i was incredibly hurt at the way he could just walk out of my life and i already knew how much he hated people texting him and as childish as it sounds at the time it seemed like the only way i could get back at him.İ wasn't thinking clearly.The thing is i still have feelings for him.He is 34 im 22.So last night i thought i saw someone that looked a lot like him and sent him this text " was that u?" he didn't answer to which i sent him one last text saying "i guess my mind was playing dirty tricks on me;) Have fun tonight=)" How much damage have i done?He hasn't answered either text?How do i get him back?Should i send him something else?Call him?

ps:İt turned out that the man i saw wasn't him, i doubled back to take another look at the man last night.But by the time i realized this i had already sent him the first text.
