Im not trying to make fun of you, but $5000 is like a drop in the bucket.

You would be lucky to make a residual of $3.00 a month.

I would suggest that you invest in mutual funds using a Roth IRA

from one of these fund companies. Fidelity, Vanguard or TR Price.

Might consider a couple of these: CVX, PG, MCD. You will reap at least 3% in dividends and they should increase annually at least by 3%. But don't invest in just one. Spread it out amongst all 3.

    Consider:

    Fidelity Capital & Income (fagix)

Buy physical gold and silver. Then hold it in your home indefinitely, or at least until the dollar crashes which I believe will be very soon.

Source(s): Search for James Turk and gold.
