I would have chosen Emma Jane Peterson if that was an option but since you don't want to mix/match, I pick Emily which is still a cute name.
Michelle for me is very dated - I think of the 80s.

I like Jane with either Emily or Emma. Both names have been hugely popular in the US over the last 10 years, so expect to have 2 or more in her class

Emily Jane!! I love the name Emily!!!!! Emma is cute, but it could also be a nickname for Emily--you'll get to use both names.
Emily is gorgeous and timeless. So is Emma, I just prefer Emily!
