1) Go on a fast-paced walk until you are tired or your mood changes
2) Write putting words to your anger until you feel some relief
3) do push-ups until tired or mood changes
4) go wash your hands and wrists in ice cold water - it will change your focus of attention

Try this! Works amazing
1. Deep breaths-
Breathe In: Invision yourself breathing in all the stress, anger, heartache and pain
Breathe Out: Really strongly take a breath out and think of all this emotion just exiting your body
2. Muscle Meditation:
Stress the muscles in your feet for 10 seconds while breathing deeply, then relax. Then stress the muscles in your legs for 10 seconds, then relax. Then your arms, your hands exetera. This is great because you can do certain muscles without people even noticing. It sounds kind of odd but it really makes a difference
3. Bring your mind somewhere else
A quote that really helped me when dealing with anger directed at someone
"Anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die."

Thanks for reaching out. Finding healthy, acceptable ways to express your anger is a great way to cope when you get worked up. There are a lot of ways to express how you are feeling without making a whole bunch of noise or causing a scene. Listening to music, writing, drawing, exercise, and breathing exercises are all great (and quiet) ways to express your anger. Obviously you would have to listen to the music on a low volume setting or through headphones, but music can be extremely calming.

Same here. Punch something soft or write. Seriously writing does help. But you could also try getting a bunch of pens and going outside and crush them with your foot?

I usually go outside and break sticks and stuff with my foot or throw them and stuff. Or I go to my cousins house to use their punching bag. OR, Put your face into your pillow and scream, but not to loud.
