do you need regular nail polish to go under crackle nail polish?
i just was curious if you need plain nail polish under crackle nail polish.

Yes, most won't crackle very well unless there is already polish on your nail. They also crackle better when the polish on your nail is completely dry. You can use any kind of polish underneath the crackle, a creme, shimmer, glitter, etc. It you want to see bare nail under the crackle then I suggest using a clear polish instead of a colored one.

well u use any normal nail polish other than crackle and after its completely dry u can put the crackle on! :)
