What are the vitamins that help hair nails and skin called?

    Most of them.

    Specifically :

    Vitamin A

    Vitamin C

    Vitamin E

    Biotin

    Inositol

    Niacin (B3)

    Vitamin B6

    Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid)

    Vitamin B6

    Vitamin B12

    I suggest NOT buying all of these vitamins independently but acquiring a Multi Vitamin.

    Then acquiring Biotin separately.

    If you wanted to be thorough you could add what is known as a B-Vitamin Complex to this.. though all of these will be included in any good Multi-Vitamin.
