Why can't I sleep? Please help.?
During the last week I have been finding it hard to sleep. I have no idea why, but it is really annoying me. Nothing in my life has changed, I do everything the same, not worried or anxious about anything, but for some reason I just 'lost' the ability to fall asleep.
For the first time last night I took a Nightol tablet and that seemed to take ages to work too.
What are the reasons for this and how can I get back to sleep?

As said before diet is important if that doesnt help thereis a vitamin called melatonin tgat helps people who have difficulty sleeping so try that take it an hour before u go to bed and its a vitamin not a drug so it wont hurt your body like taking a drug can hope this helps

Perhaps that's insomnia?
Te best way out here would be just get rid of stress and tension, relax, start eating healthy!
