Two tootsie pops with no tootsie?

OK so the other day I had a tootsie pop that didn't have a tootsie... now I have a second.. and I just grabbed my last orange tootsie pop in the bag and it doesn't have a tootsie either... so how many licks will it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop when there is no tootsie?

    Haha nice play on the saying. I would call the company (number should be on the bag) and they will probably send you a coupon for a free bag or something. One time I bought a 12 pack of coke and I pulled out a can and it was empty there was no leak because the can was fine and so was the bos just an empty soda can and they sent me a coupon for a free pack of soda! Good luck with the licks!!
