Is planningfamily.com a legitimate site or is it a scam?

I was thinking about signing up with planningfamily.com because they advertise free samples and coupons and such, but I was wondering if it's a scam or if it's legitimate. I looked over the terms of use and it seems okay, but they ask for your address and stuff (of course if they're supposed to send things). I just want to know whether they're trying to scam me or not before I sign up.

I researched some sites that review sites like those and the popularity of that site was 1 out of 5 stars and I read other questions people asked about that site and only one said it worked so I don't know :-/ I'm always vary. Address is one thing but if they start asking for your social and credit card, I'd run like mad.
