No, the Radeon 6670 requires at least a 400W power supply.

No, definitely not. Because of your Radeon HD 6670 alone, I'd recommend getting at LEAST a 500W PSU, preferably 600-800W. Don't skimp on power supplies, a bad power supply can fry your computer.

    HD 6670

    Minimum Power Requirement (Watt):

This is the minimum power supply wattage requirement for the graphics card to perform properly.

    XFX PRO450W

No. You would need a 600W-700W PSU.

Not with that HD6670, matey - you'll want at least a 500W for that.

250W power supplies are generally only for systems that use onboard graphics. Add even a slightly meaty graphics card, and they'll fall over.

They advise you improve your power grant because of the fact whilst your laptop is idle it would not use as lots power because it does below a load, and in case you attempt working it with the 250W power grant you have gotten random crashes or your laptop won't boot-up in any respect. i could suggestion you to up your power grant to a 4 hundred or 450W in the journey that your thinking approximately including yet another HDD or Optical force any time quickly.
